Caring Support Worker – Nights/Days, Driver Required

Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Shipdham service. You will assist residents in gaining daily independence, provide personal care for individuals with complex needs, and help them access local communities and activities in a supportive team environment.

The role involves varied shifts, including nights, with emphasis on dignity, respect, and person-centred care. Driving is required, and experience with Positive Behaviour Support is valued.
