Primary Learning Support Specialist – PPA & CPD Coverage

ATAM Academy is seeking a dedicated team member to cover PPA, CPD and absence in the Primary phase, to maximise progress and outcomes for all pupils. The post reports to the Senior Assistant Principal and sits within the One Multi Academies Trust framework.

The role focuses on supporting teaching and learning, promoting pupil wellbeing and development, and contributing to a professional, high-commitment staff team during a period of rapid improvement.
