• Wednesday 13:45‑20:15
• Thursday 13:45‑20:15
• Saturday 07:45‑14:15

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and grow our share in the style space.
• Serve customers, sell the latest fashion items, and offer style advice.
• Operate in a high‑demand environment and keep standards sky‑high while balancing speed and accuracy.
• Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the move to the new M&S.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting each other with purpose and energy.
• Adapt to where and when needed, being ready to meet the next challenge head‑on.
