Warehouse Stock Controller (Onsite Representative)

Position: 6-month fixed‑term contract at our customer site in Southampton.

Responsibilities

As a Stock Controller you will be a key member of the on‑site team, responsible for stock activities such as receiving deliveries, distributing stock (including into chemical cabinets), delivering assigned stock to the relevant customer area, and conducting replenishment activities. You will work with internal functions to ensure requirements are met and will perform additional warehouse administration duties, including chasing part approvals, carrying out stock counts, and preparing inventory reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a stock management or warehousing role.
  • Proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working independently.
  • Confident user of IT systems with a basic level of MS Excel knowledge.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations and alignment with Incora values.
