Operations Associate | London | AI / Life Sciences

Overview

I’m currently supporting an exciting, well-funded technology company at the intersection of AI and life sciences that is looking to hire a Business Operations Associate.

This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving execution, and operating across multiple areas of a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting strategic and commercial initiatives
• Coordinating cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Preparing management materials and business updates
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects progress effectively
• Supporting partnerships and broader business operations
• Improving processes, reporting and operational workflows

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in a top-tier management consultancy (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar)
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
• Interest or exposure to healthcare, life sciences or biotechnology is highly advantageous
• Experience with project management, strategy or business operations is a plus
