Permanent – Full time

Monday – Friday – 8.00am – 6.00pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch

Every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon.

Salary is dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Reception to join our client at their Poole Depot.

The Role:

• You will be a key member at the heart of the operation.
• To ensure that service administration duties within the Swindon Depot are controlled and processed to a high standard to include excellent customer satisfaction.
• This is a busy hands-on role, which offers a wide range of duties such as planning of schedule servicing, tachos and MOT bookings, job creation, obtaining and updating of order numbers, creation of night board, liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced, retail invoice costing.

The Person:

• You will have enthusiasm and a dynamic personality
• You must have an excellent telephone manner and computer skills, experience in the automotive industry is essential.
• You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within the industry.
• Full training will be given.
