Creative Wellbeing & Engagement Activities Lead

Care Concern Group in Swindon is seeking an Activities Coordinator on a contract basis to lead a diverse programme of activities for residents. You will plan group and individual activities, shaping sessions to meet personal interests, abilities and care needs in a supportive, inclusive setting.

Ideal candidates are creative, well-organised and can communicate effectively with residents and colleagues. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in this role.
