Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Wolverhampton. You’ll help lead a busy pub team, ensure excellent guest experiences and drive day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager.

You’ll motivate staff, manage shifts, support financial and KPI targets, and develop your career through our Aspire/Management Development programme as you progress toward running your own pub.
