Resident Liaison & Engagement Coordinator (Temp)

The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer for a temporary cover role in the Huddersfield area. You will be the first point of contact for residents during planned and retrofit refurbishment works, coordinating access and keeping tenants informed.

Based on two tower blocks, projects include window replacements, external wall insulation, new bathrooms and plastering. You will liaise with site teams and residents to resolve concerns and ensure a smooth programme.
