SEMH Behaviour Support – KS3/KS4 Calm Mentor

Protocol Education is partnering with a central Shrewsbury school to recruit an SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant for a KS3/KS4 Behaviour Centre. The role focuses on a calm, structured approach to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and re-engage with education.

You will support students with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and related learning difficulties, delivering 1:1 and small group support in a specialist setting and coordinating with school staff to promote positive outcomes.
