What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality food
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
• Manage inventory, order supplies and control food costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the management team to drive the restaurant’s success
• Create a positive and motivating work environment in the kitchen
• Handle any kitchen‑related issues and resolve them promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team
• A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesA deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practicesAbility to work well under pressure and in a high‑energy environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
