Secondary Teaching Assistant: Support & Development in Ealing

Philosophy Education, Ltd. in Ealing is seeking a Secondary Teaching Assistant to join from September 2026 to support pupils across the school, primarily KS3 but with some KS4 involvement.

You will work with teachers and the SEN Coordinator to support learning needs, manage behaviour, and help students stay focused in lessons. This full-time role runs until 26 December with potential extension.

A welcoming school environment and training will be provided as part of the role.
