1:1 Year 1 TA for ASD Support & Safe Engagement

Reed in Ellesmere Port is seeking an energetic 1:1 Teaching Assistant for Year 1 to support a child with ASD arriving in September 2026. The role is full-time, term-time only, and requires vigilance and physical activity to respond to situations where the child may run from the classroom.

You will provide consistent 1:1 support, implement behaviour strategies as directed by the SENDCo, and build a positive relationship to promote safety, independence and engagement throughout the day.
