Bilingual Teaching Assistant (Arabic/English) — 1:1 Support

Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Birmingham school from September. This full-time role supports an individual pupil on a one-to-one basis throughout the academic year, aiding communication, learning, and wellbeing.

You will work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent, high-quality support and must commit for the entire year. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with experience using Makaton/AAC methods and safeguarding commitment.
