About the Beefy Boys

We are a fast‑paced, rapidly growing burger joint that has evolved from a small kitchen team to 120 front‑of‑house staff and almost 100 back‑of‑house staff, supported by an event team of 20. Our focus is on delivering a fun, social environment where staff can grow within the hospitality industry.

Bar Staff – Responsibilities

• Work with the crew to keep the bar buzzing and drinks flowing.
• Shake cocktails, serve milkshakes and cold beers, ensuring fast and accurate service.
• Maintain high energy and customer engagement, greeting guests with a smile and preparing the perfect drink.
• Manage the bar flow, juggling orders while keeping the pace high.
• Support colleagues on the floor and keep the bar stocked, stepping in wherever needed.
• Stay calm under pressure and keep the shift running smoothly.
