We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming mainstream primary schools across Leeds, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your Day-to-Day
- Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Help children stay engaged, focused, and confident in their learning
- Work closely with teachers to deliver a supportive and inclusive classroom
- Provide guidance with behaviour, routines, and social development
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (school, care, youth work, or similar)
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- A patient, proactive, and positive attitude
- Ability to commit to full-time (5 days per week)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
