Parker Smith Inclusion in West London is seeking an experienced SEMH Teacher for a full-time, term-time only role starting September 2026. You will plan and deliver personalised lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes, de‑escalate in challenging moments, and work with a therapeutic support team to help pupils 11–19 with SEMH needs.
QTS is required, with solid SEMH experience; autism/ADHD experience is a plus. The role offers a long‑term contract pathway within a dedicated special school environment.
