Senior Care Home Leadership Mentor — Hybrid/Secondment

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking an experienced Legacy Mentor to mentor and guide the next generation of Care Home Managers. The role aligns with the NHS Legacy Mentor model and focuses on coaching, mentoring and practical guidance for early-career managers.

You will contribute to leadership strengthening across the sector, workforce development and better resident outcomes, with hybrid attendance at CBC offices at least monthly.
