Targeted Youth Worker (11–25) – Full Time

The Targeted Youth Support team within Lancashire County Council’s Children and Family Wellbeing Service is seeking a permanent full-time Youth Worker (37 hours) to work across Preston & South Ribble. The role focuses on preventing issues for 11- to 19-year-olds, up to 25-year-olds with vulnerabilities, delivering youth work in clubs, schools and with agencies.
