Night Senior Care Lead — Personal Care & Team Support

Bupa is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Nights at Heol Don Care Home in Cardiff. You will lead the care team, support the nurse with medications and care plans, and ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care overnight.

You will help develop staff, provide training, and build strong relationships with residents, families and external teams, while delivering person-centred care and maintaining safety and dignity at all times.
