Inclusive Internship Tutor & Job Coach

Sovereign & Bale is seeking an experienced Supported Internship Tutor and Job Coach to deliver a funded internship programme in Leeds. You will coach interns, deliver on-site learning, and help them gain an Employability Award and move into paid work.

The role requires planning daily lessons, assessing progress, liaising with families and local partners, and supporting individuals with SEND to achieve progression into employment.
