Passenger Service Agent (Train Crew) – Le Shuttle (Eurotunnel)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely load and unload Passenger Shuttle trains in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of customers throughout their journey.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting passengers and responding to enquiries during transit.
- Work across various operational areas aboard the trains and on‑site.
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of one of the UK’s most unique transport services.

About You
- Be at least 18 years old due to shift requirements.
- Hold a valid passport.
- Have your own transport due to site location and varying shift times.
- Exhibit excellent spoken and written English.
- Have previous customer service experience (transport or travel industry desirable but not essential).
- Show flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Display a professional, positive and proactive attitude.
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Commit to Health & Safety (full training provided).
Working Hours
This is a 24‑hour operation running every day of the year. Shifts last 8 hours and 10 minutes, with varying start times across a 24‑hour period, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Pre‑Employment Requirements
Successful candidates must be able to provide:
- A 5‑year checkable employment and/or education history.
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
- Completion of Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) clearance.
- Overseas criminal record checks where applicable.
- A successful safety‑critical medical assessment.
You will also be required to provide original documentation during the vetting process, which may include:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Utility bill (dated within the last 3 months)
- HMRC letter
- Original bank statement
- Original payslip
- Birth certificate
- Valid Share Code
