Relational Mentor: Community & Custody Support

Wise Group is seeking a Mentor to support individuals in custody and in the community through Relational Mentoring. You will collaborate with probation and prison colleagues to understand goals, identify barriers to progress and link people with the right services at the right time, helping them move forward with confidence.
