Job Coach for SEND Interns – Supported Employment

Sovereign & Bale is seeking a Job Coach in Leeds to support young people with SEND through Supported Internships, coaching them for successful placements and employment. You will mentor interns aged 16–24, working with host employers to create meaningful work experiences and develop essential workplace skills.

You will build strong relationships with interns, families, and employers, provide tailored coaching, and help source opportunities while promoting safeguarding and inclusive practice
