Assistant Surveyor – Social Housing Retrofit & Growth

Wates Property Services is recruiting an Assistant Surveyor to support the commercial management of social housing planned maintenance and retrofit projects in the Dartford area. You will work with an experienced team to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will gain exposure to retrofit and energy efficiency programmes, window and door replacements, roofing and building fabric works, and social housing refurbishment contracts, while developing your surveying career.
