Coating Training Specialist – Wind Manufacturing

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Instructor – Coating to train production operatives in safety, quality and operational standards. You will deliver practical and theoretical sessions, assess competency, and continuously improve training materials in line with global standards and UK legislation.

You will develop materials with SMEs, monitor effectiveness with data, and support governance, audits, and process improvements on the production floor.
