Senior Activities Lead for Elderly Care & Wellbeing

Barty House Nursing Home, part of Care Concern Group, in Bearsted, Kent, invites applications for an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia. You will plan group and one-to-one sessions and work with the Home Manager to align activities with each care plan.

You will maintain records, review and improve the programme, and foster wellbeing, independence and social interaction.
