Job Description:
Platform Housing Group, via Platform Property Care, is seeking a Community Caretaker to deliver day-to-day caretaking and cleaning across estates in Worcestershire. You will ensure communal areas are clean, safe and well-maintained, and assist with minor repairs as needed.
The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:30, with no weekend work. A valid driving licence is essential as the job is mobile across sites in the area.
