Lincoln College Group is seeking a Progress Coach to deliver engaging personal development tutorials as part of our CPD programme in Newark & ASI. You will help students build knowledge and confidence through personalised coaching and career guidance.

You will promote British Values, healthy lifestyles and work with College services and external agencies to provide resources for student success, with flexible/hybrid working options.
