Lifeguard – Pool Safety & Member Experience

Virgin Active in Northampton is seeking a Lifeguard who combines a friendly, calm manner with the ability to act quickly to keep pool and spa users safe. You will supervise members, support the Operations team, and help maintain facilities to the highest standards.

You will carry out safety checks, monitor chemical levels, keep areas clean and ensure all mandatory training is completed. Shifts include responsibilities for staffing and facility issues across the club.
