Teaching Assistant – SEND Support & Student Growth

Edgar Wood Academy invites applications for a committed Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11–16, including those with SEND or behavioural needs. The role works with teachers to raise attainment and remove barriers to learning in a modern, secondary school.

Applicants should have at least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible, collaborative approach. The position offers term-time hours, permanent contract and a benefits package.
