Student Services Admin & Switchboard (Term Time)

Hopwood Hall in Rochdale is seeking a Student & College Services Administrator and Switchboard Operator (Term Time Only +2 weeks) on a fixed-term basis until April 2027. You will provide a comprehensive customer service and administrative function for the College.

The role covers handling the college switchboard, delivering high-quality support, promoting services, and working flexibly with colleagues to meet learners’ needs, DBS checks, enrolment eligibility, and curriculum information.
