SEND Learning Assistant — 1:1 & Small Group Support

Engage Education are recruiting a SEND Learning Assistant in Rochdale to support pupils with complex learning needs for the full academic year 2026/27. The role focuses on 1:1 and small group SEN support in a secondary school, creating a warm, engaging environment and building rapport with students.

You will communicate with colleagues and report to the school SENCO; a TA qualification may be pursued after completing an 11-month course. DBS update service desirable.
