Job Description

Fort Kinnaird Retail Park, Edinburgh EH15, UK

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in-depth product knowledge
• Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Process payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintain high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assist with opening/shutdown procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience is not essential; however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
