Retail Security Specialist – Customer Care & Safety

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to be based at Isaac Newton Centre, Grantham. You will protect customers, staff and stock, maintain a visible security presence, and respond effectively to incidents while delivering friendly service.

The role requires an SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding), DBS/BS7858 clearance, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings. Strong observation and reporting skills are essential.
