Store Lead – Charity Retail & Customer Champion

Barnardo’s in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Associate to support the manager with the busy daily running of a charity shop and to step up to supervise in their absence. You will help maximise sales and maintain excellent customer service while developing leadership skills.

You’ll need to be well organised with strong communication, flexible to weekend work and eager to learn how to lead a small team of colleagues to hit store targets. Training and progression are encouraged.
