The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across two channels: self‑service and inside sales. The role involves frequent engagement with prospects via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. Success in the role is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of team performance consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
Employment
- OTE Remuneration: £41,250 to £60,500 (incl. Pension)
- Base Salary: £27,500 to £38,500
- Commission: £13,750 to £22,000
Day‑to‑Day
- Qualifying and routing inbound leads through self‑service and inside sales channels.
- Engaging prospects via phone, email, live chat and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
- Measure performance by number of demonstrations booked and completed. Current team members meet or exceed monthly targets consistently.

- Up‑skill call, phone and email communications.
- Understand SaaS financial acronyms and common terminology. An internal cheat sheet is available.
