n Your New CompanyI'm supporting a luxury beauty business who are looking to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst to play a key role in driving commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Operations within a dynamic, brand-led environment. They are looking for a qualified finance professional (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with proven financial analysis & modelling experience will ideally come from a Retail/Product-led background, however they are open on sector experience with the right skill set. You must be immediately available / under 4 weeks notice!

Your New Rolen Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting month-end and budgeting

n

• Business partnering with commercial teams, supporting with reporting needs

n

• Providing weekly sales reporting, alongside comprehensive variance analysis

n

• Financial modelling and maintaining/developing dashboards

n

• Support decision-making with financial modelling and scenario analysis

n

• Business partner with internal key stakeholders and department heads

n

• Identify margin improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies

n

• Present insights to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions

n

• Ad hoc projects and analysis as required

n

n

What You'll Need to Succeed

n

n
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or QBE

n

• Proven financial analysis & modelling experience

n

• Experience with: P&L, FP&A and ideally stock

n

• Power BI experience a bonus

n

• Ideally have product environment experience within the Retail / Wholesale / FMCG / Manufacturing sectors

n

• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills

n

• Strong Excel skills

n

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-rich environment

n
