You'll sit at the heart of a newly restructured Board, leading financial strategy, commercial performance, and long‑term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital project services.

  • Long‑term financial strategy, planning and reporting.

  • Commercial strategy, contract performance and negotiations.
  • n

  • Business development and growth opportunities.

  • Governance, assurance and risk management.

  • Efficiency, transformation and value‑for‑money programmes.

What you'll bring

n

    n

  • A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
  • n

  • Senior financial leadership experience in a contract‑driven environment.
  • n

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing FM/estates contracts.
  • n

  • A collaborative, values‑driven approach aligned with public‑service ethos.
  • n

  • Experience working with public‑sector clients – ideally the NHS.
  • n

  • Demonstrates and champions Vital Services and BWC NHSFT values – ambitious, brave, compassionate.
  • n

  • Operates with integrity, transparency, and commercial discipline.
  • n
