The Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important part in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will support children’s learning through engaging activities, build positive relationships with children and their families, and work collaboratively with a friendly team committed to delivering high-quality early years education. What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable, enthusiastic and caring approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, due to the setting’s location
