As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s development, learning, and daily routines within a nurturing and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children during play-based learning activities
- Assist with early literacy and numeracy development
- Help maintain daily routines and smooth transitions
- Support behaviour management and emotional growth
- Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff
- Prepare and organise learning materials
