Youwillhandleyourowncaseload(80-100files)ofconveyancingfileswiththesupportofyourowndesignatedParalegalaspartofateam.Thecaseloadwillbefixedtocover:salesandpurchases(freeholdandleasehold),transferofequityandremortgages.
Thisroleis100%remote.Thisisasalariedrole(notconsultancy)andisfulltime.
Althoughmid-highvolumethislawfirmofferexcellentadministrationsupporttoenabletheirLawyerstofocusontechnicalconveyancingtransactions.
Thesalaryrangeisc.45,000-65,000+bonus.WhereyousitinthatrangedoesdependonPQE,experienceandperformanceatinterview.
