Our client, based in Ilkeston, is looking for skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operatives to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing to join a well-established company.
Hours & Pay:
– Days: 7:00am – 3:30pm (Monday – Thursday) / 7:00am – 2:30pm (Friday) – £13.88 per hour
– Afternoons: 1:30pm – 10:00pm (Monday – Thursday) / 12:30pm – 8pm (Friday) – £15.87 per hour
– During training (6 – 8 weeks) you will be on the day shift, after which you will move onto rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities:
– Fabricating components based on technical specifications
– Cutting materials to size and specification
– Performing welding and assembly tasks
– Measuring and checking the accuracy of work
– Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
Essential Skills & Experience:
– Previous manufacturing experience
– A good eye for detail
– Ability to work to precise specifications
– Reliable and punctual
– Own transport or based locally in Ilkeston
