Executive Assistant to the Board | Globally Recognised Luxury Brand | Dublin 1
An exceptional opportunity, at the highest level.
We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client — an iconic name in luxury retail with a heritage spanning generations — on the search for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
This is a rare seat at the top table of a world-class organisation, built on craftsmanship, quality, and an unwavering commitment to service. Our client rewards dedication, passion, and creativity, and takes genuine pride in recognising the people behind its success.
The Role
This is not a conventional EA position. It calls for someone who leads with discretion, anticipates before being asked, and moves fluently between the demands of the Managing Director and the rhythm of the Boardroom — all within a fast-paced environment where tradition meets ambition.
Supporting the Managing Director
- Proactive diary and inbox management — anticipating priorities, not simply responding to them
- Confident screening and handling of correspondence, exercising sound judgement throughout
- Preparation of polished presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Travel coordination, expense management, and wider administrative support
Supporting the Board of Directors
- End-to-end coordination of Board meetings — agendas, logistics, presentations, and minutes
- Travel and event management for Board members
- Support across cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder engagement
- Assistance with ad hoc initiatives requiring both initiative and absolute discretion
About You
- Ideally, a minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or Board-level principals
- Proven track record within a fast-paced, high-volume, global organisation
- Exceptional organisational skills and unerring attention to detail, with the composure to manage competing priorities
- Discretion and confidentiality that are simply non-negotiable at this level
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with expert-level command of Outlook calendar and inbox management
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and confident communication across all levels
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland
