Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial heat pump systemsDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults across a range of heating and cooling equipmentCommission new commercial heat pump installations and system upgradesProvide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding system performance and efficiency improvementsComplete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and efficientlyEnsure all work is carried out in line with F-Gas regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety requirements

What You’ll Need:Previous experience working on commercial heat pump systemsStrong fault-finding skills across refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systemsF-Gas qualificationExperience commissioning and servicing commercial heating and cooling equipmentAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentationFull UK driving licenceExcellent customer-facing and communication skills
