This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced manager to join a Good rated Home care provision. This role requires someone who would like to work within a self-funding provision that is focused on providing consistently high quality care at home.
The RoleAs the Registered Branch Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care alongside sustainable business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced domiciliary care professional who thrives in a quality-led environment and enjoys building strong teams and customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day operations of the branchLeading and supporting the branch in maintaining full CQC complianceManaging, developing, and supporting office and care teamsEnsuring consistently high standards of care delivery and governanceGrowing care hours in a sustainable and ethical mannerManaging private care packages and maintaining strong customer relationshipsMonitoring branch performance, quality, and profitabilityParticipating in the branch on-call rota
RequirementsPrevious experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary careStrong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processesProven leadership and people management skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to grow and develop a serviceExperience within private-pay home care would be highly advantageousLevel 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towardsA resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused approachFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
