Founders’ Associate | Growing E-commerce & Digital Agency | South West London (Hybrid)

A fast-growing e-commerce and digital marketing agency is looking for a highly organised and ambitious Founders’ Associate to work directly alongside the leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, with significant responsibility from day one. You’ll have a front-row seat to how a growing agency operates while helping drive its continued success.

The Role

No two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing client reports and performance summaries
• Conducting market research, building prospect lists and creating briefing documents
• Drafting emails, LinkedIn content and marketing communications
• Reviewing client deliverables to ensure quality before they are shared
• Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements
• Maintaining CRM systems and internal business processes
• Providing operational support wherever needed to keep the business running efficiently

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Naturally proactive and able to anticipate what needs doing
• A confident writer who can adapt their communication style for different audiences
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Eager to learn about e-commerce, digital marketing and business operations
• Previous experience in an agency, marketing or e-commerce environment is beneficial but not essential-attitude, curiosity and initiative are valued most.
