About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable individuals to work within adult social care services across Hertfordshire. Opportunities are available withinresidential care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, and domiciliary care settings.
As an Adult Social Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, helping themmaintaintheir independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Day to day duties:
Support individuals with their daily living activities.
Provide personal care whenrequired, includingassistancewith washing, dressing, and toileting.
Assistwith meal preparation and support with eating and drinking.
Help individuals access social, leisure, and community activities.
Administer or support with medication whereappropriateand trained to do so.
Maintainaccuraterecords and report concerns in line with safeguarding procedures.
Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respectat all times.
Work effectively as part of a team and follow care plans.
