Do you have 5 STAR customer service skills? Would you like to work in the security team at a high-profile London location comprising a luxury hotel and high-end apartments?
Applicants must hold a SIA DS license, have prior security experience and be happy working perm night shifts.
Essential criteria:
- SIA DS License holder
- Prior security experience working in a high-end environment such as luxury hospitality or similar is essential.
- Strong customer service skills
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Happy working perm night shifts, 4 on, 4 off.
- Happy undertaking front of house duties which will involve standing for a large portion of your shift.
Duties to include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
- Manage access control to the site
- Front of house duties
- Issuing passes to visitors and staff members
- Internal and external patrols
- Operation of CCTV and access control systems
- Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
- Respond to emergency situations
- Work as part of a customer focused team
