We are looking to recruit an experienced, customer focused Security Officer for a prestigious client in the Epsomarea. This is a very customer focused role, so we are seeking to recruit personnel with a very high level of customer service skills, excellentcommunication skills, both verbally and written.
The successful candidate must also be computer literate and hold a valid SIA Licence.
The Job Purpose: – To Maintain safe and secure environment for customers by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. – Providing a high level of customer service.
Main Duties: -To be a point of contact for all users and to provide very high level of customer service
– Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; inspecting the building, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
– Informing visitors of clients policy’s and procedures;
– Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences when necessary.
